Terms of Sale
1. General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods between Sowilo Sära OÜ (registry code 17480659) (hereinafter referred to as the e-shop) and the customer from the e-shop.
The e-shop reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale. Changes will take effect upon their publication on the website.
2. Products and Prices
All products sold in the e-shop are described as accurately as possible.
Prices are given in euros (€) and do not include VAT (the company is not VAT liable).
The e-shop reserves the right to change prices.
3. Placing an Order
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart and fill in the required data.
The order is considered confirmed after payment has been received in the e-shop's bank account.
4. Payment Methods
Payment is made through a secure payment solution via the Montonio payment platform.
You can pay with the following payment methods:
– bank links (Estonian banks)
– card payments (Visa, Mastercard)
Payment processing takes place in a secure environment outside the e-shop.
5. Delivery
Orders are sent to the customer after payment is received.
Delivery within Estonia is carried out via a parcel locker.
Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days.
Delivery costs are displayed in the shopping cart before confirming the order.
Free delivery applies to orders from 35 €.
The e-shop is not responsible for delivery delays if these are caused by the transport service provider.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods.
The returned product must be unused and undamaged.
To return an item, an email must be sent to info@sowilo.ee.
The costs associated with returning the item are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal application.
7. Filing a Complaint
The e-shop is responsible for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery of the item and that appears within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If a defect appears within one year from the delivery of the goods, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the e-shop's obligation to refute this presumption.
In case of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the e-shop within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to info@sowilo.ee.
The e-shop is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the e-shop have a defect for which the e-shop is responsible, the e-shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the e-shop will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The e-shop will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format allowing written reproduction within 15 days.
8. Processing of Personal Data
The e-shop uses the customer's personal data only for fulfilling the order and does not forward them to third parties, except to payment and delivery partners for the purpose of order fulfillment.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiations.
If an agreement is not reached, the customer has the right to turn to the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (www.ttja.ee) or file a complaint via the European Union dispute resolution platform (https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/).
Disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
